Cricket
Cricket is one of the most popular darts games alongside X01. It’s a strategic game that combines scoring, accuracy, and tactical decision-making. In the King of Darts app, you can play Cricket darts exactly as it’s played in pubs, leagues, and competitive matches.
How Does Cricket Darts Work?
In Cricket darts, players aim to close numbers and score points at the same time. The numbers used in Cricket are:
20, 19, 18, 17, 16, 15, and Bull
To close a number, a player must hit it three times:
Single = 1 hit
Double = 2 hits
Triple = 3 hits
Once a number is closed, any additional hits on that number score points — but only if your opponent has not closed it yet.
Scoring in Cricket Darts
Points are scored by hitting a closed number again while your opponent still has it open. The score equals the value of the number hit:
Triple 20 = 60 points
Double 19 = 38 points
Bullseye = 50 points
This scoring system makes Cricket a highly tactical darts game, where timing and board control matter as much as accuracy.
How to Win a Game of Cricket
To win Cricket darts, a player must:
Close all Cricket numbers (20–15 and Bull)
Have equal or more points than their opponent
This means you can’t just close numbers — you also need to watch the score carefully.
